Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nexertise ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Nexertise is a verified reputation feed and NexAds engagement platform that connects advertisers with identity-verified professionals. Advertisers create NexAd Campaigns about their products, and professionals engage with content, prove comprehension, and share professional insights in exchange for compensation.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Types

  • Professionals: Verified individuals who engage with NexAds, share insights on NexFeed, and earn from their expertise
  • Advertisers: Businesses that create and fund NexAd Campaigns to reach verified professionals

3.3 Verification Requirements

All professionals must verify their identity through Stripe Identity KYC with a government-issued ID. This ensures every contributor on the platform is a real, verified professional.

4. Consultant Terms

4.1 Engagement Requirements

  • You must engage with NexAd content thoroughly before attempting comprehension verification
  • You must provide honest, professional insight
  • NexAd campaign access is progressive across 2 phases:
    • Phase 1 (Campaigns 1–10): 1 campaign per day as you build your track record. Your first campaign is an activation campaign — complete it plus KYC verification to activate your account.
    • Phase 2 (11+ completed): Daily limits based on your tier — Tier 1: 1/day, Tier 2: 1/day, Tier 3: 2/day, Tier 4: 2/day, Tier 5: 3/day.
  • A minimum 2-minute engagement time is required before verification

4.2 Comprehension Verification

  • You must score at least 80% on comprehension questions to receive compensation
  • Failed attempts result in a 24-hour lockout from new NexAds
  • Multiple failed attempts may result in account review or suspension

4.3 Compensation

  • Compensation is credited to your account balance upon successful verification
  • Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect
  • Minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00
  • Withdrawals are limited to once per 24-hour period
  • You are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on your earnings

5. Advertiser Terms

5.1 NexAd Campaign Requirements

  • NexAd Campaign content must be accurate and not misleading
  • All NexAd Campaigns require admin approval before going live
  • Minimum campaign budget is $75
  • Campaigns must include a minimum of 3 comprehension quiz questions
  • Campaigns have a maximum duration of 30 days from creation
  • Content must meet minimum 2-minute engagement time requirements

5.2 Payment

  • Campaign budgets are held in escrow upon submission
  • You are charged only for verified, completed engagements
  • Campaigns automatically expire after 30 days; unused budget is refunded to your account balance
  • Unspent budget is also automatically refunded upon campaign cancellation

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Create multiple accounts or use fake identities
  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Platform
  • Attempt to game or circumvent the comprehension verification system
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Harass or abuse other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nexertise or its content suppliers. Pitch content remains the property of the respective advertisers.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

9.1 Account Deletion and Balance Forfeiture

Upon account deletion, any remaining balance (including pending earnings and escrowed funds) in your wallet will be permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered. We recommend withdrawing all available funds before deleting your account.

10. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXERTISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
