How do I sign up for Nexertise?

Visit nexertise.com/signup and create an account with your name, email, and password (minimum 8 characters). You'll receive a 6-digit verification code by email — enter it on the confirmation page. Then complete the 3-step onboarding: (1) Professional background (job title, industry, company size, experience), (2) Tools you use, (3) Category interests (up to 5). After onboarding, you'll land on your feed.

Question 2

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Accepted Answer

Go to nexertise.com/login and click "Forgot password?" Enter your email address and we'll send a reset link. Click the link to set a new password (minimum 8 characters). The link expires after a short time — if it doesn't work, request a new one.

Question 3

My email verification code expired or didn't arrive. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

On the verification page, click "Resend Code" to get a new 6-digit code. Codes expire after 24 hours. Check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't receive it, try signing up again with the same email or contact support@nexertise.com.

Question 4

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account. Before deletion, you must: (1) have no active campaigns, (2) have no active strikes, (3) have no pending appeals, (4) withdraw or forfeit any remaining balance. Once deleted, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days (financial records kept 7 years per tax law). Deleted accounts are flagged to prevent re-signup abuse.

Question 5

Can I have multiple accounts?

Accepted Answer

No. Each person is limited to one account. Our identity verification and device fingerprinting systems detect multiple accounts. Creating duplicate accounts violates our terms and will result in all accounts being banned.

Question 6

My account has been suspended or banned. What can I do?

Accepted Answer

Suspended accounts are under review — wait for the review to complete. Banned accounts can submit one ban appeal from the /banned page explaining why you believe the ban is unfair. Bans that come from strikes lift automatically when the strikes expire. If your ban came from your identity or face matching a banned account, your appeal is re-checked automatically (usually with a fresh quick face check compared with your ID verification photo); if the re-check clears, your account is restored right away. If it doesn't and you still disagree, you can ask a person to review your appeal once. Other appeals are reviewed by our team. You'll be notified of the decision. During suspension/ban, you cannot access campaigns, payouts, messaging, or posting. If your account was closed because your identity matched a banned account, your funds are held, not forfeited, while the account is closed. The notice and the /banned page show the amount held and the date you can appeal until. After that date the funds stay held. If your appeal clears, the held funds go back to your balance.

What can I do as soon as I sign up?

After you sign up, confirm your email, and finish onboarding, you're a Member. Members can post insights (including hot takes), comment, react, flag content, follow other professionals, and message people on NexConnect — no extra steps required. Two things need identity verification: vouching for (validating) insights and voting on hot takes, because both award Reputation Score (RS). Earning money from NexAds campaigns needs identity verification plus a registered biometric passkey (see "How do I start earning?").

How do I start earning?

Two steps: (1) Verify your identity with Stripe Identity (government ID + selfie) — go to the Verify Identity page; it usually completes in minutes. (2) Register a biometric passkey on your device (Touch ID, Face ID, or Windows Hello) — you're prompted right after identity verification succeeds. Once both are done you're Tier 1 (Verified) and matched to paid NexAds campaigns at $3.50 per approved engagement. There's no unpaid "activation campaign" and no quiz before verification — each paid campaign has its own comprehension quiz. To withdraw earnings you'll also connect a payout account via Stripe Connect.

Why do I need identity verification and biometrics?

Advertisers pay for engagement from real, unique professionals — not bots, AI agents, or duplicate accounts. Identity verification (Stripe Identity: government ID + selfie) proves you're a real person with one account. The biometric passkey binds your campaign sessions to your physical device, so each engagement is done by you, live. Your biometric data never leaves your device — we only receive a cryptographic confirmation. Identity verification is also what lets you vouch for insights and vote on hot takes, since those award RS.

What does verifying my work email do?

It's optional. If you verify a work email at an approved company, you're guaranteed at least Tier 2 (Specialist — $10.50 per engagement) for as long as the verification stays current, regardless of your RS. If your RS already puts you higher, you keep the higher tier. If your company isn't approved yet, you can request it from the Verify Employer page; requests are checked automatically, and one we can't confirm yet is re-checked every 30 days. Go to Settings → Verify Employer (or /verify-employer); we send a 6-digit code to your work address. The guarantee applies once you've also verified your identity and registered your biometric passkey — work-email verification doesn't replace those steps.

How often do I re-verify my work email?

Every 6 months. We email you a reminder 2 weeks before your deadline — click the link, enter the fresh 6-digit code sent to your work address, and you're done. If the verification lapses (or you leave the company), the Tier 2 guarantee ends and your tier follows your RS. If that means a lower tier, you get the usual 2-month warning before any demotion. Verifying a work email at a new approved employer restores the guarantee.

How do I verify my identity?

You can verify any time after onboarding. Go to the Verify Identity page and click "Verify Identity" — this opens Stripe Identity where you'll: (1) upload a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card), (2) take a selfie for facial matching. The process is automated and typically completes in minutes. Right after it succeeds, you'll be asked to register a biometric passkey on your device to finish becoming Tier 1. If Stripe can't verify you, you can submit an appeal for manual review.

Not to join. Members can post, comment, react, flag, follow, and use NexConnect without it. Identity verification is required to: (1) vouch for insights and vote on hot takes (both award RS), (2) earn from paid NexAds campaigns (together with a biometric passkey), and (3) withdraw earnings (together with a Stripe Connect payout account). Verification is powered by Stripe Identity and your documents are handled by Stripe.

My identity verification was rejected. What can I do?

A NexAds campaign is a verified-engagement ad. An advertiser pays to have identity-verified professionals read, comprehend, and give structured feedback on their content. You read the brief carefully, pass a comprehension quiz, rate the product (1-5 stars), indicate if you'd recommend it, and provide structured written feedback. Each campaign has a fixed per-engagement rate set by your tier ($3.50 to $52.50). You get paid when your submission is approved (it is reviewed automatically against a published standard, and you can contest a rejection).

How do I complete a campaign step by step?

Step by step: (1) Click a campaign from your Activity page to start. (2) Read the brief carefully — content is revealed in chunks. (3) Pass the comprehension quiz. (4) Rate the product 1-5 stars and answer "Would you recommend?" (5) Answer 3 structured feedback prompts (20-100 words each). (6) Submit and wait for the review (usually within a day; up to 72 hours for newer accounts). Your session has a time limit, so don't leave mid-campaign.

Why was my feedback rejected?

Every submission is reviewed automatically against the same standard: it has to answer the question that was asked, refer to something in this campaign's content, and add your own view (a judgement, comparison, concern or use case), not just restate the brief. A second, independent check confirms each decision. If a submission doesn't meet the standard, your Activity page shows a one-sentence reason. A rejection from the review never gives you a strike. If you think the decision is wrong, tap "Contest this decision" on your Activity page within 14 days.

Can I contest a rejected submission?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On your Activity page, tap "Contest this decision" under the rejected submission, within 14 days of the decision. Only automatic rejections can be contested. A separate automatic check, independent of the first one, reviews it again, and you get the result within 14 days (usually much sooner). If the contest succeeds, the submission is approved; a successful contest is paid on a scheduled date, shown on your Activity page. Each submission can be contested once, and newer accounts can contest up to 3 decisions in any 30 days.

I'm in the EU, EEA or UK. Can a person review an automated decision?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After the automatic contest of a rejected submission has upheld it, an "Ask a person to review" option appears on your Activity page (eligibility follows the country on your verified ID, or your location if we have none). You can add a short note, and a person from our team reviews the decision and emails you the outcome; when many requests arrive on one day, yours is scheduled for the next open day and the page shows the date. You can use it once every 30 days. It never holds or delays your earnings. You can also email privacy@nexertise.com about any automated decision.

Question 20

Is AI used to review my feedback?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Feedback is reviewed automatically by AI models (currently Anthropic's Claude models, through the Vercel AI Gateway) against a published standard, with a second, independent check. The models see your feedback, the question it answers and a short factual summary of the campaign, never your name, email, ID or payment details, and we use zero-data-retention settings where available. Your content isn't used to train the models. Scores are never shown; a rejection comes with a one-sentence reason, and you can contest it.

How are campaigns matched to me?

Our matching algorithm considers: (1) Your industry — exact match gets priority, with related industries as fallback, (2) Your tier level, (3) Your category interests from onboarding, (4) Your feed activity — posting insights recently gives a matching boost, (5) Campaign targeting settings set by the advertiser. You'll only see campaigns you're eligible for on your Activity page. Some advertisers enable tier fallback — that lets verified pros below the target tier fill the campaign when there aren't enough higher-tier pros available. You'll always be paid at your own tier rate.

Why did I get a campaign targeting a higher tier?

Some advertisers enable "tier fallback" when they create a campaign. If their target tier doesn't have enough available pros, the system lets verified pros at lower tiers fill the remaining slots. You'll always be paid at your own tier's rate (not the higher rate the advertiser originally set). Unverified users are never matched to higher-tier campaigns this way. If you prefer not to receive these, there's nothing you need to do — they only appear when the advertiser explicitly opts in.

How long do I have to complete a campaign?

Campaigns have a maximum duration of 30 days from creation. Once you start a campaign session, you have a limited window to finish — if your session expires, you'll need to start over. Expired campaigns are removed from your dashboard and cannot be submitted.

There's a daily limit on how many campaigns you can complete, and the limit grows as you move up the tiers. New users start with a lower limit; once you've completed a baseline number of campaigns, higher tiers unlock more daily slots. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.

Yes. Click the "Report Campaign" button on any campaign page. You can choose from: Misleading Content, Irrelevant to Topic, Offensive or Inappropriate, Spam or Scam, Too Easy / No Real Engagement, Duplicate Content, or Other. Your report is reviewed by our moderation team and helps maintain platform quality.

What is the quiz and how does it work?

After reading a campaign brief, you take a comprehension quiz to prove you actually read it. The quiz has multiple-choice questions generated from the brief content. If you fail, you're locked out for 24 hours before trying another campaign. The quiz ensures only genuine, attentive feedback reaches advertisers.

What happens if the advertiser cancels a campaign while I'm mid-engagement?

Advertisers can pause, end, or cancel a campaign at any time, including while you're partway through it. If your engagement is in-flight (started but not yet submitted) when the campaign is cancelled, the engagement is voided and no payment is issued — time spent is not reimbursed. If you reload the page, you'll see a notice and be returned to your activity feed; we'll match you to a new campaign as soon as one fits. If your submission already reached our review queue before the cancellation, it's evaluated on its merits and paid normally if approved. This risk is disclosed in Terms §4.7 and you accept it by starting any campaign.

RS is your rate card on NexAds. The higher it is, the more advertisers pay per engagement. You earn it through: approved NexAds campaigns; peer vouches on your NexFeed posts (with diminishing returns and per-author caps to discourage reciprocal vouching — hot takes can't be vouched); hot-take engagement (RS scales with how many people vote on your take); work-email verification at an approved employer (sets a Specialist-tier floor — see the verified-employer FAQ); and follower milestones (revocable one-time bonuses as your audience grows). Strikes carry meaningful RS penalties that escalate with each one. RS is evaluated on a rolling 6-month basis — only RS earned in that window counts toward your tier.

What do I get for verifying my work email at an approved employer?

If you verify a work email at one of our approved employers (e.g. Stripe, Linear, Vercel, Anthropic), you're guaranteed at least Tier 2 (Specialist) — $10.50 per verified engagement — for as long as the verification stays current, regardless of your RS. If your RS already puts you at a higher tier, you keep it. To set it up: go to /verify-employer, we send a 6-digit code to your work email, and you enter it to confirm. If your company isn't approved yet, you can request it from the same page; we check it automatically and email you when it's approved. For a newly added employer the guarantee is open to a limited number of verified members at first and opens to more over time. Re-verify every 6 months to keep the guarantee. (The guarantee applies once you've also verified your identity and registered a biometric passkey.)

I requested my employer. Why isn't it approved yet?

Accepted Answer

Employer requests are checked automatically, usually within minutes. If we can't confirm the company as an established employer yet, it isn't added for now and we check again automatically every 30 days; it's never refused permanently, and you don't need to request it again. We email you when it's approved. In the meantime your tier follows your Reputation Score, and you can use a work email at an employer that is already on the list. Sometimes a newly added employer's Tier 2 guarantee is full for new members; it opens to more members over time, and you can re-verify later to check again.

Is there a limit on how long my earnings can be held?

Yes. Any held amount in your wallet has a release date, and that date can only move earlier. Except during an open payment dispute or a confirmed-fraud hold, no matured earnings are held more than 45 days after they became available, whatever the reason for the delay (the daily limit, a routine check or a reserve). Your wallet always shows when each amount is expected to release.

What happens to my RS if I leave my job?

When your work-email verification lapses (we re-check every 6 months, or you can no longer receive the code at your old work address), the Tier 2 guarantee ends and your tier follows your earned RS again. If your RS supports Specialist (or higher), nothing changes. If it doesn't, you get the usual 2-month warning before any demotion — keep earning RS in that window to hold your tier. To restore the guarantee at a new job, verify a work email at another approved employer (or request your new company be approved).

Why do I need to re-verify my work email every 6 months?

We re-check that you're still at an approved employer twice a year so your Tier 2 guarantee and badge stay accurate. We email you a reminder 2 weeks before the deadline; click the link, get a fresh 6-digit code at your existing work email, and enter it. Takes about 30 seconds. If you let the verification lapse, the guarantee ends and your tier follows your RS (with the usual 2-month warning before any demotion) until you re-verify or verify a new work email if you changed jobs.

What is the Founding Cohort badge?

Founding Cohort is a badge granted by Nexertise admin to members of the founding cohort. It's a visual badge on your profile that recognizes you as one of the originals. The badge has no economic effect (your tier and earnings are determined by RS and any verified-employer Tier 2 guarantee); it's purely recognition. The badge is granted manually — you don't need to apply for it.

When do I get paid after completing a campaign?

After your campaign feedback is approved, earnings go to your wallet balance. There's a 7-day hold period before you can withdraw — earnings become available once that clears. Occasionally earnings paid from an advertiser's recent card payment take longer (up to 30 days from that payment) while the payment settles; your wallet always shows the exact availability date. Once available, you can request a withdrawal anytime. When you withdraw, the money goes to your Stripe payout account right away and is paid out to your verified payout bank account automatically; bank transfers then take 1–2 business days to arrive.

How do I withdraw my earnings?

Go to your Wallet page: (1) Set up Stripe Connect by clicking "Connect Bank Account" — you'll be redirected to Stripe to enter your bank details, (2) Once connected, enter the amount you want to withdraw (minimum $10), (3) Click "Request Payout". When you withdraw, the money goes to your Stripe payout account right away and is paid out to your verified payout bank account automatically; bank transfers then take 1–2 business days to arrive. You can only request one payout per 24 hours. New accounts have a withdrawal schedule for their first 90 days after activation: up to $100 in total by day 30, $400 by day 60 and $1,000 by day 90, then no limit. Anything above the limit stays safely in your balance, and the wallet shows how much you can withdraw and when the next amount unlocks. When you add or change your payout bank account, withdrawals may pause for up to 7 days while the new account is confirmed. Once in a while we may ask you to confirm your identity before a withdrawal. There are no payout fees, and instant payouts are not offered.

The minimum withdrawal is $10.00. You can withdraw up to your full available balance. Pending earnings (still in hold period) are not available for withdrawal. You can make one withdrawal per 24 hours.

Why does my wallet show "pending" balance?

Accepted Answer

Pending balance represents earnings that are not yet withdrawable. Most of it is the 7-day review hold: after your campaign feedback is approved, earnings are held for 7 days for quality assurance before becoming available. Pending can also include a new-account reserve or holdback: part of each engagement payout held from day 90 to day 365, counted from your first approved engagement (or your activation, if later). Separately, some earnings can be given a dated release rather than being paid the moment they mature; that applies while your account is under six months old or has not yet graduated, and graduating takes consistent approved work, not just time. Your wallet lists each dated amount, for example "$4.20 releases by March 3", and everything releases automatically, never more than 45 days after it became available (except during an open payment dispute or a confirmed-fraud hold).

How long do withdrawals take?

Withdrawals show four states: Initiated, In transit, Arrived, and Failed. Refunds to a card typically arrive in 5–10 business days. When you withdraw, the money goes to your Stripe payout account right away and is paid out to your verified payout bank account automatically; bank transfers then take 1–2 business days to arrive. You can see the live status on /campaigns/withdraw or /wallet, and we'll email you the moment funds arrive.

Can I get an instant payout?

No. Instant payouts are not offered. Every withdrawal is a standard payout to your verified payout bank account, with no fee; bank transfers take 1–2 business days to arrive.

Why is my new bank account on hold?

Accepted Answer

For your security: When you add or change your payout bank account, withdrawals may pause for up to 7 days while the new account is confirmed. If a withdrawal is paused, the message shows the date it can go ahead. Stripe keeps one payout bank account per account, so changing your bank replaces the old one. Your balance is not affected. Each payout account can only belong to one Nexertise account; if a payout account is linked to more than one, the withdrawal is paused for a routine check and the message shows the date withdrawals resume on their own.

Why do I need a face check before my first withdrawal?

Accepted Answer

Before your first withdrawal we ask for a quick face check (a short video selfie, about 10 seconds) at /verification/face. It confirms you are a real person and that you have only one Nexertise account. Where that comparison can be completed, we also compare it with the selfie from your Stripe Identity verification to confirm you are the person who completed ID verification, and keep only a match score, never the photo; if it cannot be completed, your face check result stands on its own. You sign a short consent first. Amazon Web Services (AWS Rekognition) processes the video for us; Nexertise keeps no video or photo, only a face index (a numeric template, not a picture) used solely to prevent duplicate accounts. The face index is deleted when you close your account or 12 months after your last payout (12 months after the check if you never withdraw), whichever comes first. We never sell or share it. If the face check doesn't work for you (for example, for accessibility reasons), you can request a review instead: you can still retry the check (3 tries a week) or verify with your ID document at any time, and otherwise withdrawals to your verified bank resume automatically on a set date, at most 45 days later. You get 5 tries per day; a try only counts when the check actually judged your video, never when our service had a problem. Use Safari or Chrome on your phone; in-app browsers (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) cannot use the camera. Members who already completed a withdrawal before the face check launched are not asked for routine withdrawals. Any account may occasionally be asked to repeat the check before a withdrawal as part of our fraud prevention; it just confirms you are the same person who verified the account. If you have not withdrawn for 12 months your face data is deleted, and you take a quick new check before your next withdrawal.

My face check is under review. What happens now?

A face check goes into review when you asked for a review, or when the check could not confirm that the account is your only one or that you are the person who verified it. Nothing waits on a person: at /verification/face you can retry the face check (3 tries a week) or verify with your ID document, and a pass ends the review. Otherwise withdrawals to the payout account you already had resume automatically on the date shown on that page, at most 45 days after the review began (except during an open payment dispute or a confirmed-fraud hold). Your balance is not affected and is never forfeited.

Why am I asked to do the identity check again?

From time to time our fraud-prevention systems ask an account to repeat the quick face check before its next withdrawal, and each month a small random sample of earning accounts is asked as well. It is not an accusation and nothing is taken from your balance; it simply confirms that the person withdrawing is the same person who verified the account. Take the check at /verification/face and withdrawals continue as normal. If it does not go through after a few tries, you can keep retrying (3 tries a week) or verify with your ID document; otherwise withdrawals to your verified bank resume automatically on the date shown, at most 45 days later.

Why am I asked to confirm my identity before a withdrawal?

Once in a while we may ask you to confirm your identity before a withdrawal. It is a quick check through Stripe, and it helps keep payouts going to the right person. It is not an accusation and your balance is untouched. Make sure the details on your Stripe payout account match your ID, follow the link in the notice, and withdrawals continue once you have confirmed. Any pause has a date and ends on its own even if you don't, and earnings that became available more than 45 days ago can still be withdrawn.

Why can I only withdraw part of my balance on a new account?

Accepted Answer

New accounts follow a withdrawal schedule for their first 90 days after activation: up to $100 in total by day 30, $400 by day 60 and $1,000 by day 90. After day 90 there is no schedule limit. You keep earning normally and everything above the limit stays in your balance; the withdrawal screen shows the amount available now and the date the next amount unlocks. If your account is under review, the schedule may move more slowly until the review is complete.

Why is part of my payout held as a reserve?

Accepted Answer

While an account is new, part of each engagement payout is held for a while and then released automatically. Days are counted from your first approved engagement (or your activation, if later). From day 90 to day 180, 20% of each payout is held as a rolling reserve until your account graduates, which takes a few months of consistent, approved work for independent advertisers. From day 180 to day 365, 10% of each payout is held back. After a year nothing is held. Every held amount is released on its own date, never more than 45 days after the payout became available. Each held amount has its own date in your wallet ("$X releases on {date}"). The money stays yours and counts as pending earnings. It is used only to cover an engagement payout that is reversed after a review confirms fraud, a Terms violation, or a lost advertiser payment dispute, and only after your available balance; it is not taken for any other reason, except as pending earnings if you delete your account. Referral bonuses are never held this way.

Why is some of my pending balance scheduled for a later day?

Earnings are released within a shared daily limit while your account is under six months old or has not yet graduated, and graduating takes consistent approved work, not just time. The release queue takes one payout per account in turn, so one account's backlog cannot use up the day's limit. If the day's limit is reached, the rest of your matured earnings are not denied or reduced: they stay in your pending balance and release on a later day. Your wallet shows the latest date each amount can release ("releases by"), never more than 45 days after it became available (except during an open payment dispute or a confirmed-fraud hold).

Why can't I change my job title or employer right now?

You can update your role or employer once every 90 days. For 24 hours after a change you can still fix typos freely; after that, if you try sooner, we show the date you can next change them. If you have a verified work email and change your employer, your verified-employer Tier 2 guarantee pauses until you verify a work email at your new employer at /verify-employer (or for up to 30 days if you don't). Your payouts are not held. Fixing other profile fields, like your name, bio or headline, is not limited. If you need to change them sooner for a good reason, contact support.

Can I rate the feedback my campaign received?

Yes. On your campaign report, each feedback item under Professional Insights can be marked Useful, Generic or Not useful, and you can tick "This looks automated" if an answer reads like it was not written by a person. Ratings are private to our team: the professional never sees who rated them, and ratings never reverse a payment or penalize anyone automatically. They help our quality team spot low-effort or automated feedback across campaigns.

My earnings are on hold for a review. Can I tell the team anything?

Yes. If a withdrawal is paused for a routine check, your wallet shows the date withdrawals resume on their own, and a box right after that withdrawal attempt asking "Anything you'd like our team to know?". You can leave an optional note (up to 500 characters), for example context about your work or a recent change, and the reviewer sees it alongside your account. Leaving a note is optional and does not slow anything down. Your balance is safe during the review.

Why is my card deposit limited?

To protect advertisers and consultants from card fraud, newer advertiser accounts have card deposit limits: up to $500 for a first card deposit, then $2,000 per rolling 30 days until the account has an established funding history. Not directly — NexFeed posts aren't paid individually. But they're how you earn RS, which is your rate card on NexAds. Peer-vouched posts raise your RS, which moves you to higher-paying NexAd tiers. Approved campaign feedback also auto-posts to your feed.

What are vouches/validations and how do they work?

Vouching is the peer-validation mechanism that feeds your RS (your rate card on NexAds). Click "Vouch" on a post to endorse it — validators put their own standing on the line, which is why advertisers trust the resulting score enough to pay for it. RS from vouches has diminishing returns and per-author caps to discourage reciprocal vouching. Rules: you must be identity-verified to vouch (because vouches award RS), no self-vouches, only one vouch per post, and hot takes can't be vouched — they earn RS through votes instead.

What is a hot take?

A hot take is a short, punchy opinion (20-200 characters). Examples: "Remote work is overrated" or "AI will replace 50% of coding jobs." You can post 1 hot take per day. Others vote on whether they agree or disagree BEFORE the overall results are revealed. Hot takes appear as special cards in the feed with a vote/reveal mechanic. Any Member can post hot takes. Unlike regular insights, hot takes cannot be vouched — instead, the author earns RS based on how many people vote on the take. Voting requires identity verification (because votes award RS), and you cannot vote on your own hot take.

How do I mention or tag a company in a post?

When creating an insight, scroll to "Tag Companies" and search for the company. You can tag up to 3 companies per post. Tagged posts appear on that company's NexTrust profile page, contributing to their company score and visibility.

How does the NexFeed algorithm work?

The "For You" tab is personalized: it prioritizes posts from people you follow, posts in your industry, recent activity, featured posts, and especially controversial hot takes (those with a balanced split of votes). Older posts and stale hot takes fade down the feed. The "Latest" tab shows all posts chronologically. The "Following" tab shows only posts from people you follow.

What are reactions and how are they different from vouches?

Reactions (Insightful, Like, Helpful, Applaud) are quick feedback on posts — they don't affect RS or reputation.
