Unlike social media "likes," Nexertise validation is a professional endorsement. When a peer vouches for your insight, they are staking their own reputation on the quality of your work.

- RS Grows With Each Validation
Every validation earns +1 RS regardless of post type. RS can only be earned from peer recognition, not self-actions.
- Rolling 6-Month Evaluation
Tiers are evaluated on a rolling 6-month RS window. If your RS drops below threshold, you get a 2-month warning before demotion. Tier 1 (Verified) is permanent.

How Reputation Score (RS) Works
RS is earned exclusively through peer recognition. You cannot give yourself RS — only other verified professionals can grant it.
Peer Validation
When another verified professional validates (vouches for) one of your feed insights, you earn +1 RS. This applies equally to all post types — Freeform, Case Study, Tutorial, Analysis, Concept Analysis, and Opinion.
NexAd Campaign
Each time you complete a NexAd campaign and your submission is approved by admin review, you earn +1 RS. This is separate from the monetary payout you receive.
Followers
Growing your audience earns RS. Plus, milestone bonuses at 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, and 500 followers (up to +75 RS each). Milestones are revoked if followers drop below the threshold.
Key Rules
No self-RS. You cannot earn RS from your own actions — only from peer recognition.
No RS multipliers. Every validation is +1 RS, regardless of post type or validator tier.
Rolling 6-month window. Tier status is evaluated based on RS earned in the last 6 months from your signup date.
Grace period. If you fall below your tier threshold, you get a 2-month warning before demotion.
RS Required Per 6-Month Season
Your tier is based on RS earned within your current rolling 6-month window — not lifetime RS. Here's what you need to reach each tier:

You publish a Case Study insight. Over the next week, 8 verified professionals validate it.
You complete a Tier 2 NexAd campaign — reading the pitch, passing the quiz, and writing your professional insight. Admin approves your submission.
You post 3 insights per week (12/month), averaging 5 validations each. You also complete 2 NexAd campaigns.
